Recipe for the day ~ Shoulder Roast in a Crock Pot


Shoulder Roast in a Crock Pot

Ingredients:
2 lb shoulder roast, trimmed of fat
1 tspn pepper
1 tspn garlic salt
1 small onion, sliced in rings
1 cup boiling water
1 beef bouillon cube

Directions:
Place roast in crock pot
Sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt
Place onion rings on top of roast
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water
Pour over roast
Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours
