Smokies Breakfast Casserole in a Crock Pot
Ingredients:
4
eggs, beaten
4
eggs whites, lightly beaten
1/3
lb little smokies (cocktail wieners)
1
½ cups fat-free milk
1
cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
8
slices of bread, torn into pieces
½
tspn dry mustard
1
cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Mix
together all ingredients except the mozzarella cheese
Pour
into greased crock pot
Sprinkle
mozzarella cheese over the top
Cover
and cook on high for 2 hours and then 1 hour on low
