***This is one of my ALL Time favorite recipes*** I actually just made this the other night
Stuffed
Flank Steak

cups Stove Top Flexible serving stuffing mix
1
cup boiling water
2
tablespoons butter or margarine
1-½
pounds flank steak, pounded for rolling
2
scallions, trimmed
1
red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1
jar (12 oz.) Heinz Home style mushroom or brown gravy
¼
cup Burgundy wine or apple juice
1
garlic clove, minced
2
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Combine
stuffing mix, water and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing on steak,
leaving 1-inch border. Add scallions and red pepper; then roll from long edge.
Secure with wooden picks. Place seam side down in baking pan or microwave-safe
dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
Oven: bake 1 hour at 350 degree.
Let stand 10 minutes
Microwave: cover and cook at medium
(50%) 30 minutes, rotating dish halfway through cooking. Let stand 5 minutes.
To
serve: slice and serve with sauce from pan or dish.
