Recipe for the day ~ Sausage Cheese Balls

Sausage Cheese Balls
Ingredients:
3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 pound uncooked bulk pork sausage*
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley
flakes
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Lightly grease bottom and sides of
jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x2x1 inch.
In large bowl, stir together all
ingredients, using hands or spoon.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place in pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Immediately remove from pan.

Recipe for the day ~ Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Impossibly
Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Ingredients:
1lb hamburger
(I use 80/20)
1 onion
chopped (I use only about a ½ onion)
½ tspn salt
1 cup shredded
cheddar cheese (I use about 1 ½ cups)
½ cup Original
Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 bag bacon
bits (optional but it gives it some extra flavor)
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F.
Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with
cooking spray.
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and
onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is
brown; drain. Stir in salt.
Spread in pie plate.
Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Sprinkle with cheese.
In small bowl, stir remaining
ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake about 30 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean.

Recipe for the day ~ Cheesy Bacon & Tater Tot Crock Pot Bake
Cheesy Chicken, Bacon & Tater Tot Crock Pot Bake
Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) bag tater tots
0.5 (3
ounce) jar bacon bits (I used Hormel brand)
5
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2
cups grated colby cheese
1 1/2
cups grated monterey jack pepper cheese
3/4
cup milk
salt
and pepper
Directions:
Grease the bottom of the
crock pot.
Layer
1/2 the tater tots on the bottom of the pot.
Sprinkle
with 1/4 of the jar of bacon bits.
Combine
the two cheeses, and sprinkle 1/3 of it over the bacon and tots.
Top
cheese with the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle
chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Top
chicken with another 1/3 of cheese.
Sprinkle
with another 1/4 of the jar of bacon bits.
Add
remainder of the tater tots.
Top
with final 1/3 of the cheese.
Pour
milk over the top.
Set
crock pot to high and cook 3-4 hours.
